Hong Kong Science Park｜Plan International x Cosmopolitan "Love Girls" starts! Held at Science Park on April 5, 2025

Plan International and women’s magazine Cosmopolitan are co-organising the “Run for Girls!” charity run, which will be held on 5 April 2025 (Saturday) at Hong Kong Science Park. The event will raise funds for Plan International’s anti-human trafficking project in Nepal. We sincerely invite everyone to run for girls and break through human trafficking! Every time one more runner signs up for the event, one more Nepali girl can be helped to break free from the shackles of human trafficking, allowing girls to continue their education, enhance their awareness of preventing human trafficking, and stay away from the crisis of human trafficking.

Since 2017, Plan Clinic has co-organized the "Love Girls Run!" charity run with Cosmopolitan, which has different race categories and is accepting registration from now until February 28. The open group includes 10km and 3km individual runs, 3km runs with besties and 3km runs with college students. Trophies and rich prizes will be set up. The parent-child group will have an easy 1km run with no ranking. All participating children will receive an electronic certificate. Parents are welcome to bring their children to participate in this charitable event.

Star Ambassador Blessing

The event’s voluntary ambassadors Mandy Wong, Rachel Leung, Kiri T, Lisa Cheng and others all called on the public to start running together, to step forward with the girls and to fight against the tragedy of human trafficking.

Runners’ selected gifts with a total value of over $2,600!

To thank participants for running for girls, each participant will receive an "INNOTIER Vertex Air 'Love Girls' Run! T-shirt" (except children) and a rich running bag sponsored by the designated sustainable clothing of the event before the race, with a total value of more than HK$2,600. On the day of the event, all participants who complete the race will receive a "Love Girl" start! 2025" commemorative medal and a series of sponsorship gifts. Participants are also encouraged to make additional donations beyond the registration fee to save more Bangladeshi girls at risk of child marriage and to enable Plan's anti-human trafficking project in Nepal to continue to develop.
